Job Context

Now the company invites applications from competent people to promote and sell the company`s existing & new software products to the institutional customers through digital and non-digital channels.
Job Responsibilities
- To deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email, internet and bank as well as in person inquiries
- Make customer sales data bank is required as and when required and follow up on that as a regular basis.
- Set up client meeting and if required do client meeting with sales team.
- Manage brand presence on social networks, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and others when required.
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
- Demonstrate software product and make presentation to clients if required.
- Explain the services and products benefits to customers for maximizing the use of software by phone or on premises.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing or relevant subject
- Final year Students are also encourage to apply.
- Asian University for Women, Central Women`s University ,BRAC University ,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference
- Skills Required: Brand Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements
- At most 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Center Agent, Call Center Operation, call centre executive, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Tele Marketing - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center - Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 25 years
- Only females are allowed to apply
- Quick learner and should have Advance knowledge in MS office, especially MPP, MW, Excel is a MUST.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ideal candidates must be smart- dedicated, hard working, honest and sincere and committed to the company.
- Must be fluent in English and Bangla.
